Cascade of Project and Task start and end date using API

Summary:

We are having third party system which is the source for Project Master for Oracle Projects. Third party system would send the changes for Project Start or End date and the same needs to be changed for Tasks as well to capture the cost from the same third party system. We are using api to update these changes but using api we can change the Project Start date/End date but this is not updating the Project Task Start/End date. But from the front end we can able to achieve this functionality by using the Cascade Project Start
