How to copy long-term backup to outside Exadata

Content

Hello,

I know that if I would like to create a long-term backup in an Exadata DB System, I can create an on-demand backup:

To create a long-term backup, enter the following command:
# /var/opt/oracle/bkup_api/bkup_api bkup_start --keep --dbname=<database_name>

I also know that this backup will be created inside Fast Recovery Area.

My question is, there is some way to transfer this backup from FRA to another server? For example, transfer this backup to another server with block volume attached.

Thank you
