Problem with exporting data when used input parametar from PET

If in service configuration for input parameter set field from PET table invoking without data (export) doesn't work:

Status code: 500, Internal Server Error

Responsys failed to process the request at this time due to internal error. Please contact Responsys support team.

Invoking same service configuration with included data works fine.

Invoking same service without data when used only profile list fields as input parameters works fine.

In AMS application logs can't find any log related to this issue.

What can cause this issue?
