How to Synchronize new items from ABC to Cycle Count Automatically without using the Sync Options

Summary: Our Organization structure consists of 450 Inventory Organizations, 800 Sub Inventories and Cycle Count has to be performed on each Sub Inventory (Buildings), but the new items gets created and assigned to the Inventory Organizations very frequently and so how should we sync the Cycle Counts in one go, because we cannot navigate to 450 different Cycle Counts and do the Sync Option manually in the screen, it would become a tedious job.
