Summary: We are looking for scheduling resource based on different user defined sequencing rules. 

For example a resource xyz is getting scheduled with item eff attribute and the attribute values are A1, A2, A3, A4, B1, B2, B3, B4.

The resource should be in a position to honor either of the different sequencing options. 

Resource XYZ: sequencing order1: From A1- A2,A3, A4, B3, B4

sequencing order2: From A1- A2,A4, B1,B2, B4 etc


If the first sequencing is not feasible, PS should use next sequence to try

Is this achievable?
