Calculate Employer Social security, medicare taxes but not corresponding taxes for employee

On Imputed earnings, is there a way we can ensure Employer social security and medicare taxes are calculated, but same taxes are neither calculated nor deducted.

Content (required):

We are looking for an option through which employer social security and medicare taxes are calculated on imputed earnings, but employee contribution of same taxes are neither calculated nor deducted. Created a new secondary classification (for Imputed Earnings) without subjecting it to SS and Medicare taxes, but ER taxes are not calculated.
