Summary: Data Load Rule Error upon importing file from Inbox


Content (required): Hi everyone, I am currently trying to manually import .csv file through Data Load Rule Inbox but I am encountering these errors:

DEBUG [AIF]: Error opening Data file.

ERROR [AIF]: Error opening file.

I have checked the content of the .csv file already and it does not contain characters that might cause this error. I was thinking, maybe I need to change a configuration within its Data Load Rule to import the file successfully?


Can someone help me to know which Data Management configuration should I change to fix this issue?
