Redwood HRHD - 23B - Create Notification when a request is raised via email

Hi Experts,

I need to pick your brains. I have configured the system to automatically create requests when the employees send an email to the HR email address.

The system is automatically generating an acknowledgement ( as below) which is great. However I need to either

  1. Amend the text of the email acknowledgement. This appears to be an out of the box notification as I did not create this.
  2. or Stop the notification from sending.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
