Symptoms:

Oracle Linux 7.9 with ClamAV package shows the following dependencies error:

# rpm -Uvh clamav-0.103.8-3.el7.x86_64.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
clamav-filesystem = 0.103.8-3.el7 is needed by clamav-0.103.8-3.el7.x86_64
clamav-lib = 0.103.8-3.el7 is needed by clamav-0.103.8-3.el7.x86_64
clamav > 0.103.3-5.el7 conflicts with (installed) clamav-filesystem-0.103.3-5.el7.noarch

Installed ClamAV package:

# rpm -qa | grep -i clamAV
clamav-update-0.103.3-5.el7.x86_64
clamav-avdefs-3.0-1614.x86_64
clamav-filesystem-0.103.3-5.el7.noarch
clamav-lib-0.103.3-5.el7.x86_64
