Initiative Assigning to Entire Organization in Error

Summary: An Initiative for a Specialization was edited, and erroneously assigned to everyone in the organization. Does Oracle not support editing Initiatives when the Selection Method was Reusable Person Criteria?

Content (required): A Learn Administrator edited the Person Criteria for a Specialization Initiative. The criteria utilized included job code, cost center, and business unit. However, once the edits were submitted, the Initiative assigned the Specialization to nearly the entire organization (in error). We are proceeding with canceling the Initiative to withdraw learners but is there a known issue with editing Initiatives and erroneous assignments? Also, the Selection Method previously used was Reusable Person Criteria.
