          We have a requirement in our project as follows.

We need to have Performance ratings in our WFC Plan worksheet. Now this Performance Rating is stored in a separate system and we have mapped a user defined column to an external data column.

Now we have this information on the User-Defined column on our worksheet.

We also have a Component level eligibility fastformula which has to check the presence of a Performance rating for an employee and according to the value of the rating the formula determines whether the employee is eligible to be on the worksheet or not.
