No solution exist to secure access for only for Generate Allocation without Create Allocation Rules

Summary: There are 3 Priv exist to control the access for create allocation and generate allocation under Journal task option in GL work area. However the Priv which is mainly giving access to Allocation section under Journal task is " Generate Oracle Fusion General Ledger Allocation Formula" and same Priv also giving access to Create allocation as well which is a SOD conflict.

This Priv should be giving access only to "Generate general ledger allocation" and "Generate Intercompany Allocations" and not to "Create Allocation Rules" . There are two separate Priv exist to give access to "Create Allocation Rules" as mentioned in below table
