Development goals from Talent pools is not updating

Summary:

When I have created a Talent pool , I have a section where we can add development goals , and thats ok , I can use the button "Assign Goals to Members" and whuen the process have finished , we can se the development goals assigned for all talent pool members.

But , If we update the Completion percentage , or change the status to completed or In progress , it doesnt update the development goals for all the members even using the "Assign Goals to Members"
