Option to make a certain learning private which is not visible to the learner's Line Manager
Summary:
We want to know whether it is possible to restrict the managers from viewing some of the Courses completed/enrolled by their direct reports. There are certain courses that the client wants managers shouldn’t be seeing it. These courses include the courses related to mental health, sexual orientation or some confidential trainings. These are usually the courses that the employee self enrolls into.
Currently the managers can see all the learning assignments of his/her reports – even the ones which employee completed voluntarily.
If the employee search for a course in the Search tab and enroll to the course/specialization, manager will be able to see that record from Team > Learning.
