Can we add a text field or Field to select from the list of values on Source Info block

Hi,

We are looking to add the candidates source info which are recieved through agency manually on candidate page instead of creating agencies. So could you please help us if we can have a customized field to select the agency on source info Block when selected Source Medium "Candidate Added Manually" and source as "Agency"


We have added source "From Agency" under Candidate Manually Added, we want to have either created by should have the list of Agencies or one additional field which shows the List of Agencies
