Job Requisition - Work Requirements Section

What controls the work requirements section on the create job requisition page? Do we have any control over defaulting fields in this section, hiding fields, or adding fields? Based on my research, I have not been able to default the values for the fields or hide fields using HCM Design Studio in this section.
