Reactivate integrations necessary even after updating password using Rest API for a connection?

Is reactivation of integrations using a connection necessary after updating password using OIC rest api for a connection?

I use the rest api for updating the password for a connection. https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/integration-cloud/rest-api/op-ic-api-integration-v1-connections-id-post.html

After this is reactivation of any integration using this connection still necessary in order to propagate the new password in these integrations?

We have about 200 integrations using some connections and trying to find some automated ways to reactivate integrations rather than reactivating them one by one.
