Item Import FBDI experiencing errors in prod that are not happening in dev/test

Summary: Item Import FBDI experiencing errors in prod that are not happening in dev/test

Content (required): 1st error:

null, null - The item batch import for the 82020231160 batch ID can't be completed because of memory shortage. Resubmit the item batch for import later.

2nd error:

oracle.jbo.AlreadyLockedException: JBO-26092: Failed to lock the record in table FND_DOCUMENTS_VL with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000019589810 ], another user holds the lock.

Does anyone know what could be locking it? Was it the 1st failure? We pretty much get the lock error every load now. I do have an SR open, but was hoping someone here might have some insight.
