Do demo instances eseu/esll work to create VB app. and deploy for learning?

Hi, please, help with the following.

I am trying to deploy an VB application using demo instant instances (eseu, eqiz, esll, etar, etc.)

It is impossible as of now for me.

Has someone been able to deploy (it is not an extension, is an VB app.) ? I have used john.dunbar, curtis.feitty, and other users for deploy with no success.

I think these users have no proper roles, the question is to confirm to not waste time retrying and retrying.
