Not getting duration(Time type)based on publish schedule while applying leave

Summary:

Content (required):We are applying leave of attendance regularization type where I want system should pick schedule from publish schedule. We have assigned standard elapsed schedule using work schedule assignment administrative task at Legal Employer level. Now I want system will take duration for other leaves from Work schedule assignment administrative task and For attendendance regularization leave it should take from publish schedule. We created the leave type with Schedule Hierarchy Start Point as publish schedule. But In this case when employee try to apply leave it is showing not applicable.
