Can Label Text be Aligned with Delivered Fields?

I have created a field template to use when creating an HR Help Desk Request, which is a single select field with the title Store/Department. When I view the field in my environment, the label for Store/Department is noticeably different when compared to the rest of the fields. Is there an easy way to align the label text with the rest of the labels?
