Value in Worker Category on assignment should change using the selected value from Regular/Temporary

Value in Worker Category on assignment should automatically change using the selected value from Regular/Temporary field in the same assignment row. The user would enter Regular/Temporary on assignment and the same value should auto-populate on Worker Category field on assignment.

I used the attached code to write an autocomplete rule for Use Case 3 of Texas Woman University project. When I do an assignment change, the value in current assignment row for worker category looks to be defaulting from previous value of Reg/Temp as I see the value is not the same as entered by the user for Regular/Temporary field. The highlighted EMPLOYEE_CATEGORY values should be same as PERMANENT_TEMPORARY_FLAG for these two assignment change rows where the transaction is performed after the autocomplete rule was implemented.
