Post Mass Additions completes in Error because Calculate Depreciation is running

Summary:

The "Post Mass Additions" process is completing in Error because the "Calculate Depreciation" process is actively running. Other than manually communicating across the user community that Depreciation is running and don't submit create any transactions, does anyone have a solution on how this can be avoided?

I would have assumed the "Post Mass Additions" job would have been Pending/On-Hold until "Calculate Depreciation" completed. Instead the "Post Mass Additions" job completes in Error.

Example:

Submitted by User A: Calculate Depreciation | start time: 9:04AM, completion time: 9:42AM -- Status = Succeeded

Submitted by User B: Post Mass Additions | start time: 9:14AM, completion time: 9:14AM --- Status = Error
