Email Approval Issues - 'Approve Job Requisition' Workflow

Summary:

We are facing issues with approving job requisition approval transactions from the email. The issue occurs only in a particular scenario where the transaction initiator is not active.

Example: The initiator submitted a transaction and there are 5 approvers in the workflow. After 2 approvals were completed, the initiator was terminated. Now when the third approver tries to approve the transaction from the email, the following error message is triggered as a reply email, and the transaction was not approved:

"Your response to this notification was not processed. You can login to worklist application to act on pending tasks. "
