stop forecasting of combination

Summary:

Is there a way we can mark a Item for Do not forecast across multiple Plans

Content (required):

We use Replenishment Planning to plan parts . We need to manage many item relationships, E.g. primary item, substitute item, alternative item, etc.

We only need to forecast for primary items, which means we need to update substitute items to - do not forecast.

We currently use the ‘Shipments Forecast Generate Forecast’ measure with a value of 3 to set items not to be forecasted.

We have more than 9000 item relationships and these item relationships can have more than 5 levels.

Therefore, it is not practical to manually update the ‘Shipments Forecast Generate Forecast’ measure for all these combinations in the plan.
