Process or Nullify LPN of status as Consumed

Summary:

There is a occurrence where there was a LPN been received by Warehouse guy, it was located but by mistake he transferred the LPN to Active location. Hence that LPN status changed to Consumed.

Is there any option wherein we can either remove the stock or something of that sort to handle this issue.
