Oracle VB add-in for Excel Error on Output Tax and Purchasing Input Tax on Create Items

Error is: The value Sans Taxe of the attribute PurchasingInputTaxClassificationValue isn't valid. (EGP-2776160) (EGP:::EGP_CMN_ATTR_INVALID_VALUE)

Value 'Sans Taxe' exists and is updatable manually in the UI. It populates both columns when downloaded in OVB Excel.

How to populate these 2 columns at creation of items or how to update after creation of items?
