How to I pull a report on departments that shows the hierarchy level ?

Summary: I need an establishment report with position details.

We have recently migrated to Oracle Fusion and are still getting our heads around it but, the one thing that we are currently struggling with and didn't before is the establishment report. What I mean by that is that we seem to get a flat list of all departments in one single column in the reports making it difficult to say how many divisions are under 'People' and what are other teams and subteams under it for instance. We have provided for migration of all org tree levels as per the example in the screenshot and not sure why we
