Component Material Control Supply Type Update

Summary:

We are utilizing Common Item Structures, where the item structure is created in BIM and commonned to child orgs. It was noticed that in the item master if the Item Structure -> Component Material Control -> Supply Type ; value is set to NULL.

Work Definitions only consider the Supply Type from the Component Material Control, and only this is nullified will the WIP supply type at the item level be considered. This is a significant issue, since we cannot populate the Supply type for Component Material Control through an FBDI or disable it from defaulting through the UI.

However this Component Material Control - Supply Type is being defaulted to the WIP supply type. How do we ensure that is always set to NULL?
