How to report Open Requisitions with AS OF DATE parameter

Need OTBI report that shows all open requisitions with an AS OF date parameter. For example, all open requisitions as of 1-1-2022.

I have an OTBI requisition report using Subject Area Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time. The requirement is to identify open requisitions AS OF the Requisition Open Date. I have added a Variable Prompt (AsOfDate), and in the Advanced Tab, have applied Prefix SET VARIABLE PARAM_EFFECTIVE_DATE='@{AsOfDate}';

The report returns the below error. What needs to be done in order to use an As Of Date prompt in this subject area? Should I be using a different date field, for example if I want to report on all open requisitions as of 1/1/2022?
