Is there a way to upload contract notes in bulk?

Customer is looking for a way to mass upload contract notes information. Is there a way we can achieve this?

Hi,

Client is converting the data from Ariba to Oracle. Majority of the fields are mapped with the DFF attributes in oracle but for certain fields client don't want to utilise the attribute. They want a placeholder like notes to capture that piece of information. So, is there a way like template or web services to achieve this requirement?

Or do we have any alternate solution to achieve this requirement? Please suggest.
