Automatically Requisition with a quantity to be taken from a report/excel load

Summary:

We are looking for the process where a report is prepared manually basically for forecasting manually in excel and can derive the quantity which needs to be procured based on the on hand quantity, average sales data, weekly stock cover formula and at the end in excel report we are getting a quantity to be procured as a suggestion to procure the same quantity or other depending on the business approvals.
