Filling the standard DFFs with Fixed Values

Hello All,

Our customers' requirement is about showing the 'Allow manuel adjustment' checkbox as checked when creating a new price list line. I tried to setup that by using page composer but I couldn't fill the field.

Is there any idea for this?
