Summary:

I would like to set up approval units for to route projects for approval by cost center. Is it possible to start the approval unit, and after it is started users can create new projects which are automatically included in that approval unit for routing?

I will lay out the scenario in order to ask my question:

Let's say I create an approvals unit "PAU", with cost center dimension as the primary, and projects dimension as the secondary dimension. There are for example 100 base projects created and assigned to specific cost centers. The owners and reviewers are assigned at the cost center parent. Then I start the approval unit.
