Oracle CRM - Task Completed Not Sending Notification Email

Task owners do not receive email notifications when tasks are moved to complete
Content:
When an owner account has the following boxes checked within Personalization --> Set Preferences --> Calendar and Appointment Preferences.
The owner is able to receive email notifications related to task creation and updating the task, except when the status is changed to Complete. Bell and home screen notifications are produced always, it is only the email notification that is not sent when the status is changed to Complete.
