Restrict using same OBLPN for multiple task

Summary:

Hi,

We have configured system such that same OBLPN can be used to pick all the lines of an order and at the end if there is no more picks in the task we can close the OBLPN.

But some how warehouse guy used same oblpn in different tasks. Ideally this should not be the case. How can we arrest this
