Summary:

Our Client has a requirement to use only OTM as a main application to manage appointments between OTM and WMS, meaning warehouse users would go to OTM ONLY to create appointments and block resources.

Unfortunately (at least to my best knowledge), OTM is not allowing sending appointment details if they are not triggered from the shipment/shipment group, so no out-of-box way to send blocked resources between systems without shipments.

Any suggestions on this?
