When creating requisition, is there an option to automatically select Item and Expenditure Type?

Summary:

The customer wants associate an item to a Expenditure Type(Project Costing Details). Example: Selecting [Item A] will default it on an [Expenditure Type Z]. This is to avoid mistake and minimize the error of the user in choosing the item and its Expenditure Type with regards to the Project Costing.

①　When creating requisition, is there an option to automatically select Item and Expenditure Type?

②　In line with this, I also wanted to ask if there a setup to create an error message to warn the user that the Expenditure Type he/she selected is not valid or not the correct Expenditure type for the item that he/she selected and vice-versa?
