Data Management - block data import

When Exporting from Data Management to FCCS receiving error ERROR [AIF]: The rest service request has failed: 400 - {"status":400}.

In the target options, when we define "NO" in "Enable Data Security for Admin Users" we can export, but we want to define with "YES". Defining "YES" we can´t export.
