receiving error when using EPM Task Manager to connect EPM to OIC in different tenancies.

Hello, trying to connect to OIC via EPM task manager. OIC instance sits on a different tenancy to our FCCS environment. I am receiving the below error. I am using a service administrator account on the OIC tenancy, but i also have a service administrator account on the EPM tenancy.

Tried to raise an SR but support was unable to help and advised to ask in this community.

ERROR: There was a problem connecting to the Integration Cloud. Please verify the details and try again

Wanting to see if possible to connect EPM task manager for custom or prebuilt epm integrations in OIC.
