How can I edit a requisition that has been created by another user.

Content (required):

Do you know if there is currently any privilege to be able to assign a user and edit requisitions that have been created by other users?

I found this note PRC:SSP: HowTo Edit Requisitions Created By Other Procurement Agents (Doc ID 2509228.1) and apparently it is not possible, if anyone can confirm that this is not yet possible I would appreciate it.

I'm working on version 23C.
