How SFDC - CPQ integration works using Connector

We have installed and configured SFDC- CPQ connector for quote and line item integration. We want to understand how SFDC - CPQ works. Below are the use cases.

1. We have an opportunity in SFDC, under opportunity users will add product lines. Each product will have a separate process flow. So In CPQ, we have four different commerce process. After creating a quote, we want to create quote in respective commerce process based on the products selected in opportunity. for example: if a opportunity has three products belongs to three different commerce process, on Create Quote we want to create a quote in three commerce process with one line item each based on the product definition. Do we have any mechanism to create multiple create quotes based upon
