Help with ErpObjectAttachmentService DownloadAttachment

Hi all,

I am trying to use the SOAP WSDL URL: https://servername/fscmService/ErpObjectAttachmentService?WSDL to download an attachment from the tables regardless of purchase agreement status or upload type.

I may be doing something wrong because I keep getting errors saying " User did not supply correct user key". Not sure what I am doing wrong or if I am missing something that I am unable to see. If anyone could help and has experience with this, that would be great.

NOTE: I am trying to downloadAttachment not upload.
