Dear All,


We are noticing a strange issue in PPR process recently that PPRs are getting stuck in ''Assignment complete'' status and user could not progress further unless terminate the request and reprocess (without any issue).


We would like to know why the issue happening in first place as it is not happening for all PPRs using the same Payment Process Profile (PPP).
