Account consol operator errors in metadata validation

Based on reporting analysis reqirement，some of our account consol operator didn't follow FCCS system rules(like below error message).

Will this influence the ownership transfer function?

We have use FCCS for more than 3 years and the financial reports worked well.Recently, we need to change ownership in our group (tranferring a subusidiary from one sub-parent to another) and the consolidated balance sheet was not balanced.

I have turned to Oracle, they replied we need to run metadata validation and fix all the errors before stepping to next step.

I'm wondering if you have same issues for account dimensions. How do you handle the cases like including revenue related account to expense related reporting items if 100% follow account consol rules.
