Why only few source organizations appearing for IMT?

Only few source organizations are appearing for planning enabled item when creating IMT

Dear All,

We are using self service procurement to create internal material transfers.

Currently, some of planned items does not show all source organization to select. Most of the time 6 organizations are appearing. But the issue is sometime, non of these 6 organizations have on-hand balance. Organizations which have on-hand balances do not appear for some items.

I have enable MPS Planning for the item for all organizations. We have a one global sourcing rule and it has all the organizations listed.

Kindly let me know if you can think of a reason for this issue.
