Dashboard Filter in IST but results in EST

I have a dashboard filter that is run off IST time. Is there a way to modify the time zone in the dashboard filter?


For Example: When entering a date range of 5/29/23 to 6/6/23, the results include records with creation date as 5/28/23 8:52 PM through 6/5/23 at 7:51 PM. It appears the dashboard filter is using IST time, and the results are in IST, with them being displayed as EST.

Is this standard functionality and is there a way to modify the times zones?
