Data Integration - Column Headers in Loadrule Definition "undefined" - not possible to set values

Summary:

When setting up loadrules (CSV File Import), we had the requirement to Upload in 5 columns Dec-24 ... Dec-28. We figure out, that a multicolumn upload does not work with dynamic selection of start and end period by the user.

We therefore defined the Column headers hard coded in the loadrule in Data Management. Running the integration from Data Management and Data Integration is now possible. But we have to maintain it on yearly basis and want to use Data Exchange longterm.

Question: the future is supposed to be Data Integration -we work 90% with it - but the menu for "Column Headers" is always showing "undefined" -> how can we maintain the values here? Is any config/ setup missing or is this a bug?
