No Separate Attachment Section for Experience

Hello,
The business wants to have a separate attachment section for the "Experience" in ME>Career and Performance>Skills and Qualifications>Experience.
Currently, the "Education" and "Licenses and Certificate" has separate Attachments section of their own but not the "Experience" for which they have to use the common "Attachment" placeholder at the end of the page.
This creates an issue for the business to maintain the attachments for the respective sections.
Has anyone faced such an issue? Is this expected behavior or am I missing any setups for this?
