Can you create a debit memo with multiple lines using debit memo API?

We are trying to create a debit memo using createDebitMemo API service

We are able to create a debit memo using this service for a single line item.

But when we try to send multiple line items, the API only accepts the latest line and creates only one line.

Let us know how can we create multiple lines for a debit memo using this API.

The API documentation we are referring to does not have the relative detail.
